Is there a cost to the school?

No, there is no cost to the school. Our services are funded through parent orders, and we offer a cashback contribution on qualifying projects.

Do you assist with admin and order handling?

Yes. We provide order forms or secure online ordering, clear communication for parents, and handle queries directly so your staff are not burdened with extra admin.

Are your photographers experienced working with children?

Absolutely. We understand school environments and work patiently and professionally with learners of all ages, ensuring a positive and friendly experience.

How do I place an order?

You can order through our secure online gallery (if activated for your school), or via the printed order envelope provided. Instructions are clearly indicated on the forms.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept EFT and other available options as communicated on the order form or gallery. All payment details will be supplied with your ordering instructions.

Do you offer digital images as well as prints?

Yes. Packages can include printed photos, digital files, or a combination, depending on the options selected for your school or session.

When will we receive our photos?

Delivery timeframes are communicated with your school and included in your booking confirmation document.
